Xenon flash - definition

Xenon flash is type of camera flashes which uses xenon as the firing gas inside the bulb. Usually it is used in DSLR or Digital Point & shoot camera for high speed capture where shutter speeds are comparatively higher than traditional cameras. Few mobile manufacturer also used this type of flash in order to capture high speed motion with cameras such as Sony (Cyber shot), Nokia etc. As nowadays there are often seen in any phone just because xenon flash consume more power than the traditional LEDs also it releases plenty amounts of heats. Nowadays mostly LEDs are widely accepted and used methods as camera flashes as they more power efficient and can be triggered pretty fast as the xenon.
