Theme - definition

A mobile theme refers to a kind of skin which is a general look of a n User Interface (UI). It may have different color schemes, designs, icons, animation, high light and so on. Previously when there were Java OS or Symbian OS mobile devices, a lot of theme option were there. User can choose different theme from the re-built theme samples. Also, user could download theme from the internet and setup manually. Nowadays Android OS have the facility to install a theme from local market or Google Play Store. But unfortunately, there are no theme options are available for the Apple iOS.

Note: Themes can lower the UI performance and lower the user experience at the same time if not designed properly.
