IR Blaster - definition
IR Blaster is an InfraRed signal transmitter or InfraRed LED which is placed in smartphone devices to control the remote-controlled device by the phone (without having the remote of that appliance or device). A universal IR Blaster works with dedicated software for controlling all sorts of electronic and electrical devices such as TV, Refrigerator, AC unit, Humidifier, and such devices. Mostly, it is placed on smart phone’s top left/right corner just a remote controller. The IR Blaster is controlled by the dedicated app, by the app different devices from different brands can be selected and controlled easily. i.e.: Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro has IR Blaster on the top left corner of the device.
