Smartphone - definition
Basically there are three (3) types of phones are in phone category which are: Basic phone, feature phone and Smart phone.
Basic phone: mobile devices by using which user can have access to calls or text messages and other few services options. Example: Nokia 3310, Ericsson-GH-888, Motorola C118 and so on.
Feature phone: It is a kind where beside calling and texting user can have access to some other useful features such as calculator, calendar, notes, alarms and even few games. Phone which have came after basic phone era are known as feature phone. These phone are so popular that even today’s generation a lot of companies continued main them and releasing new models every years. People use feature phones for easy calling and texting and also as a secondary devices. Example: Nokia 106, Samsung Guru Music and etc.
Smart phone: Except these previous two (2) categories all current mobile devices which have unique operating system such as Android, iOS, BBOS, Windows are considered as smart phone. It has been named depending on the specification. A regular smart phone can assist it’s user in every effective way. Smart phones consist of so many sensors and unique algorithm which can push the user and make things easier than before. Example: Apple iPhone, Samsung S20 Ultra, Motorola G Power and so on.
