Blacklist is one of the important features provided by the system designer. It is used in mobile devices, websites, and web apps or computer systems. In mobiles, the blacklist is used in the contact option to restrict the unwanted call or texts coming to the device or alert the user. Users can add multiple contacts to the blacklist to restrict their incoming texts or calls.

Also, Blacklist is being used in the web application to restrict the IP addresses from getting into the system.
