Talk is a measure where it is mentioned for how long the device can be used at a stretch while talking suing perspective carrier signal. Though the carrier signal strength can fluctuate too much if the user roams a lot but it is just an average measure by which user can know whether the device will be enough to satisfy user’s interest successfully or not.
