Frequency - definition
Frequency is the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit of time. The unit of frequency is Hertz (Hz). In mobile phones there are different types of frequency we can see. To send a data from one place to another place wirelessly through a proper channel or air medium data packet should have certain frequency to reach the destination. For example: to determine clock speed of CPU or GPU we use Gigahertz (GHz), i.e.: 1.8 Ghz. To define FM Radio frequency we use Megahertz (MHz) after perspective unit, i.e.: 87.50 MHz. Or know the bus speed of a Random Access Memory (RAM) we use Megahertz (MHz) as well, i.e.: 2400 MHz.
