Cell - definition
A cell in telecommunication usually denotes to a geographical area which is covered by a base station. In cellular communication, each cell is provided a number of frequencies or channels. Different channels are used to avoid the interference among them. Each cell is divided into multiple zones. If a user is moving rapidly then the connected device with one cell zone can change to another closest one to get the better signal strength.
