So far, reports have come in from Germany and the United Kingdom, especially from Google Pixel 6 and 6 Pro customers, although it is not limited to just two devices. Yet, it appears that the problem does not occur frequently, but it is something to be aware of if you use a Pixel device.
Some users have discovered a workaround: enroll the Beta channel, which will get the stable Android 13 update, and then leave. Still, if you receive a notification for Android 12 rather than 13, it's advisable to delay the update and wait a day or two until Google fixes the problem.
